St. Louis Parade of Homes

Parade of Homes is designed to help you in selecting the homes in this region that will best meet your needs. Homes are divided into sections based on 6 regions within the St. Louis Marketplace.
	St. Louis City & Mid-County West County North County South County St. Charles County Jefferson County
You may search for homes by any/all of the following criteria:
	Home # (the homes in the Parade Guidebook are numbered by price in each of the 6 regions) Price Subdivision City Home Type Builder Number of Bedrooms Number of Bathrooms Square Feet Furnished
Using these search criteria allows you to quickly determine which homes you wish to tour. Finding your way to the home communities is also made easy. Maps of each of the 6 regions are available, with numbers on the maps corresponding with the home numbers in the Guidebook. In addition, local detailed maps and directions are available on each home listing, getting you easily to the doorstep of the home you select to visit.
Direct links to the builders’ web sites from each home listing can also be used to gather even greater detail on your selected homes.
Each home entry includes the following information:
	Home Number Home Name Home Pricing Home Photo Square feet, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms Featured amenities Home address, including phone number Map & directions Builder information, with direct link to builder’s web site
Event Hours Event hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily from May 2-18, 2003. Some builders may use their normal business hours during the Parade of Homes. Check with builders to verify model hours.
Admission Admission to the Parade of Homes is free.
Pricing Prices listed in the Parade Guidebook are subject to change as determined by individual building companies. Contact builders and/or their representatives to confirm home pricing. Home Completion Some homes in the Parade Guidebook may not be complete at the start of the Parade. Use the contact information in the Parade Guidebook to confirm the availability of your selected homes for viewing.
